Over the years we have had many young people join us to complete their apprenticeship programmes, most have stayed with us and continued to develop, grow and further their careers.
This year’s success stories are Emily Weston and Lennox Lillico.
Emily is an apprentice technician and has been with us for almost 2 years has been awarded with an EAL Diploma in Engineering Operations (skills) – Level 2. She will be working hard toward her level 3 at the start of September.
Lennox has been with us since 2019 is an engineer and has now completed both his EAL level 2 (Foundation Knowledge) and his Level 3 Diploma in Machining (Development Knowledge).
Increasing skill levels and encouraging further education is very important to us as a group. We have new apprentices joining us at the start of September and wish them every success.
