At the EuroTech Group we highly encourage development and training. So, when members of staff show interest in other departments and are keen to learn more about PCB manufacturing, we will offer all the support that we can.
Nathaniel joined The EuroTech Group, specifically our Special Products Division back in June 2020 for a special assembly project. Since then, he has gone from strength to strength and shown a real interest in chemistry, learning as much as he could on the factory floor.
He has worked closely with our chemists in analysis on our lines internally and he has had the pleasure of visiting and working at both of our PCB manufacturing sites based in Poole and in Exmouth. The next step was to enrol on a technical course and as a result, Nathaniel has just passed a basic analytical chemistry course and he is planning to pursue the next two levels of courses available and in the meantime, he has been promoted to his new position as a Lab technician.
Nathaniel’s commitment has been essential to our team, and he is a key member within our organisation.
