We have been working with our two main courier suppliers to put in place a tracking service which will keep our customers informed of the delivery status of their order. We are pleased to announce the system is now live.
An automated message will be sent by email to our customers letting them know their order has been dispatched. The message will also give details of how to track the progress of the consignment, giving customers accurate delivery dates and times.
To ensure the messages are sent to the most relevant contact, the email address is chosen by the customer and entered by EuroTech staff onto the courier’s system at the time of booking in the consignment.
Many of our customers run tight production processes; eliminating the uncertainty of delivery is just one way we give them the vital support they need.
