We are delighted to announce that we have invested in a new Schmoll Laserflex. The Schmoll LaserFlex is highly efficient and very accurate, designed for cutting flex and flex /rigid materials, cover foils, laminates, inner layers and prepregs.
It has a full granite bed which coupled with dynamic linear X,Y drives ensures optimum performance and outstanding accuracy.
It utilises an Avia LX 355nm 20 watt UV Laser, which can deliver a spot diameter of 25 micron and a pulse width of less than 30ns.
This new machine greatly strengthens ESPs existing cutting and profiling capabilities, and significantly increases throughput.
