Why the EuroTech Group?
EuroTech was formed in 1991 following a management buyout. However, the origins of the business date back to 1968, when a PCB factory was set up in Exmouth. PCB production has been continuous since that date. Investing in manufacturing technology and people has seen us grow into one of the UK's leading PCB manufacturers. In 2011 we moved into our modern, purpose-built factory; we have continued to invest in state-of-the-art equipment to keep pace with the increasing technical demands of the PCB market. In 2019 we acquired a separate facility, specialising in special products, including Flex and Flex-rigid pcbs.
Offshore Partners
In parallel to our UK facilities, we have established close, collaborative partnerships over 30 years with a number of leading offshore PCB manufacturing companies. These relationships facilitate significant cost benefits to our customers, combined with the increased capabilities offshore provides and the full service and support of our experienced UK customer service engineers. Our offshore business has proven to be a vital solution to our customers.
We understand that most of our customers work with a 'just in time' production process and minimum stock holding. Should there be an interruption of offshore supply, we are able to transfer manufacture to our UK factory. Customers recognise the benefit from this security of supply and see it as an essential aspect of our service.
We offer our customers truly competitive solutions , excellent customer service, satisfaction and importantly, flexibility. Core to our strategy and relationships are integrity, openness, and reliability.

The EuroTech Group Vision
"Our values are our guiding principles and the foundation of how we conduct our business both internally and externally. The cornerstone of our business is to operate with the highest level of integrity and transparency."
Service and Quick Turnaround
With our combined UK manufacturing and offshore partners, we are one of the most flexible and competitive suppliers in Europe with a comprehensive capability and capacity offering.
Our UK factories offer Quick Turnaround (QTA) delivery schedules on a range of volumes. With our clients we are able create bespoke delivery solutions, including large volume scheduled KANBAN support (whether at our facility in Exmouth or consignment at the customer site). We take responsibility for the complete PCB supply, including ship to line. Tailoring delivery solutions from either the UK or our offshore partners, means we effectively and efficiently manage the PCB commodity supply chain.
Whether this is a QTA, a scheduled delivery, stock holding, or consolidated purchasing will share our knowledge and experience to custom fit a solution to fulfil individual customers wants and needs. This ensures continuity of supply whilst maintaining a competitive edge.
FastTrack/QTA
One of our strategic goals is to ensure our customers' competitiveness.
A key element of this is lead-time, particularly QTA for prototypes/NPI or larger volumes for unexpected demand or just to manage the peaks and troughs of business.
It is critical for us to maintain our flexibility to fully support our customers. 72% of our UK output is delivered in 10 working days. This is testament to our dedication and our focus to continually meet demanding lead-times (from 24 hours) whilst still maintaining excellent quality standards. QTA is a strategic niche for us within our wide customer base and the broader market, this is an area that demands performance and reliability.
Delivery Times
As referred to in our Fast Track service, 72% of our UK manufactured product is delivered within 10 working days. Our offshore partners also offer flexibility.
Working closely with our customers we can create bespoke logistic solutions, whether this be delivery schedules, ship to line, KANBAN stock holding at our Exmouth site or Consignment stock at the point of use at our customers facility. We welcome an open discussion to tailor the right solution for each customer.
Design for Manufacture
EuroTech has an experienced team of engineers who assess each design for manufacturability, technical viability/capability, and cost effectiveness.
This is a vital part of our production process to ensure we provide the optimum service, welcoming open dialogue to ensure performance and cost guidelines are met.
Cost Competitive
Lean manufacturing is an initiative that many major businesses are adopting to remain competitive in an increasingly global market. The focus is on cost reduction by eliminating nonvalue added activity. EuroTech has implemented the tools and techniques of Lean Manufacturing, we are embracing these principles and have embarked on a 2-year programme of staff training at all levels. As a result, all members of staff are trained in continuous improvement and hold a Lean manufacturing qualification. This forms part of our programme to drive forward efficiency initiatives to secure our competitiveness within the market.
Quality and Control
We strive to ensure a perfect quality record of zero defects. Through investment in people, training, and the latest equipment we target continuous improvement and attainment of excellence. Our quality philosophy underpins EuroTech's culture and is embedded within our people. Commitment to quality runs through every aspect of the company and fully compliments our aim to continually exceed our customer’s requirements and all relevant industry and regulatory standards. Our quality management system is the heart of the business, EuroTech is certified to AS9100D in addition to ISO9001:2015 and is committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is apparent at every aspect of manufacture. Critical process steps are controlled by latest techniques driven by well trained and experienced personnel.
