EuroTech have been manufacturing market-leading, hi-tech Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) in Devon for over 50 years, and in that time, has grown to become one of the UK’s leading producers and a significant supplier to blue-chip electronics manufacturing companies worldwide. EuroTech operate from a purpose-built PCB manufacturing facility in Exmouth. The EuroTech Group plc incorporates three subsidiary companies: TWM Technology Ltd and Inverter Fusion Ltd, both based in Honiton, Devon; and Lyncolec Ltd, based in Poole.

The Role

We are looking to recruit Process Operatives to join our busy manufacturing team making printed circuit boards.

Duties will include setting up and operating various processing machines and equipment within the production facility, as required. Experience in PCB manufacture is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Applicants must have a good standard of literacy, numeracy, an eye for detail, able to follow work instructions, and work safely.

We have a variety of shifts and successful applicants would be expected to show flexibility in regards the shifts they can work.

Apprenticeships and Training

In conjunction with Exeter College, EuroTech offer comprehensive three year Apprenticeship programmes.  During the first year apprentices receive a thorough grounding in PCB manufacture.  They spend a few weeks within each department, learning and understanding the contribution of each function to the manufacturing process.  

During their second year candidates gain experience within each major business support function.  They spend eight week periods in the Sales, Quality, Engineering and Technical departments.

In their third year, apprentice students can specialise in a specific area.  They will spend the whole year in their chosen speciality gaining experience and qualifications within this field.
